The obligations the judge is talking about are for May 5th.

And even if floyd could fight late may.....do you expect the guy to fight and then go right to jail?

The reason Floyds lawyers asked for June 1st was so that he could have enough time to heal up and prepare himself to do his time.

YES!!! i believe what Arum said that Guerrero is on top of the list whom Floyd will fight next since Team Mayweather and Golden Boy Promotion(co Richard Schaefer) also admitted that Guerrero is indeed their top choice if fight with Pacman doesn't come to fruition.However,they immediately back-out upon receiving a lot of negative feedbacks from fans when the news of Floyd fighting Guerrero broke out......Arum is indeed credible that the other group really entertain the option of pitting Floyd against Guerrero...if not only for the negative feedbacks from irked fans, they would have proceeded with the fight against Guerrero........

If Arum's saying the line "Golden Boy won't guarantee his purse" then why is he even proposing it.

He's admitting to using another requirement, and then saying he knows he can't be met.

That is Mayweather's personal obligations date, NOT his obligations to the court. That date is June 1st. Next.

It was stated his contractual obligation was for May 5th. So who is going to pay if he breaks that date with MGM where they could have rented that date slot to another entity? See how it works. Contracts damn them!!
