Ill have to rewatch, but from memory;

-Cotto won the first round

-manny won the second

-after the flash knockdown in the 3rd, cotto came back and it was an even round

-Cotto was winning the 4th round, got sloppy and ran after pac off the ropes and got caught hard, was hurt bad.

-Cotto won the fifth (maybe it was the sixth, i remember the 5th tho)

Actuallt cotto was wiining rounds 3 and 4, he lost them do to the Kds and he won the 5th!!

Styles make fights, and cotto took the wrong style. He needs to be a counter boxer to beat manny, which btw, he has approved greatly in this regard. His right hand is back too, which he needs very badly against pac. Considering pac is southpaw, cottos right hand would have an effect. etc.

Yea this is what I saw....

But to be fair, it was somewhat easy to see Cotto fading a little bit even though he was winning the rounds. He never recovered from the second knockdown at the end of the 4th and even though I thought he won the 5th, the writing was on the wall.
