My my, don't you know some big words, little man. But you still need to know something about both boxing and Ali, which you have not reached yet. You should read up on boxing history. It's a waste of time to bother answering an abusive ignoramus like you, but this ONE TIME I will. Arguably the best heavyweight ever, Joe Louis, was told by his trainer, the man who made him what he was, that....."Jack Johnson would have beaten you badly, he had a knack of knowing just when his opponent would throw, and reach out and touch his arm just before and put him off balance, then punish him. He could do everything".... This is on record in several places. Chappie Blackburn knew him well, as a contemporary.

Liston, for the return, trained seriously, to such an effect that all the experts were expecting him to win even though he'd fought only a couple of rds in 4 years. But Ali got appendicitis, the fight was postponed for months, and Liston didn't bother any more........ By the way, according to a major interrogation of Liston's siblings, he was born in either 1925 or 1926, which made him close to 40 when he fought Ali. There was always speculation that Liston was much older than his record (which ststed a few different dates) showed. This was because he actually looked his real age, even older, hard used. But an ignorant little twerp like you would never know these things, nor attach the correct imortance to them anyway.

How do you think that Ali got the name, "The Greatest"?? Not by public acclaim, but because he and his syncophants (look it up) referred to himself that way. Almost all the top boxing experts of his day stated in print, (see RING) that he had so many bad habits that when he lost his speed he would pay a big price.

Well........as we see, that's exactly what happened. So, Boxing Ignoramus, I hope you properly appreciate my wasting of my time, and crawl back into your little hidey-hole.

Absolutely no one I would favor.

There are guys that might beat him, but none I would expect to.

Do you have a screw loose, old man? Did you actually read my post? Did you see what it was actually a response to? Here's a hint: It wasn't related to Johnson or Louis,so why the hell you would even mention them in a response to me is something only a clueless, delusional old turd like you will know.

My post was in response to your incredibly ****** and outright ******ed claim that Liston was somehow in his prime some 10-12 years prior to the Ali fight, and I really don't need to explain why that's as ****** as it sounds.

And there isn't f^ck all you can educate me in relation to this sport, you wrinkled old prick.Whatever you may have known has clearly disintegrated in your age,and whatever is left is next to worthless. If you did have any knowledge left in regards to Liston's age, you'd have have known that his name wasn't listed on the 1930 census, which takes one giant, steamy dump on your theory of Liston being born in the 1920's.

Now,piss off,you old bag of waste.

Obviously, Vitali would beat him and in my opinion, it wouldn't be all that tough to do so.

Yeah just like he "easily" beat Byrd.

DO you really think Byrd would have had such success against an uninjured Vitali? Really?

Prime Ali lost to Frazier. I'm not sure why this is even a thread.
