Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum has given Floyd Mayweather Jr. until Saturday to get the ball rolling on a late-May welterweight unification with Manny Pacquiao, according to information provided to Sports Illustrated. Mayweather, who is scheduled to return on May 5th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas - will have to agree to a date in late May - but Arum is willing to bend on the venue. Arum will back away from his plan of an outdoor venue and stage the fight at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

I'm done with arum and pacquiao because this is f'ing crazy. They know the judge granted Floyd freedom cuz he has a contract to fight may 5, which he is stuck to. There is no late may, I mean really??? If you have any sense you know Floyd can only fight may 5 legally. Unless they can some how break that, which hopefully they can.....idk it just seems weird or as if there's a catch...

Arum knows Floyd is not gonna play games with him that is why he's doing this. **** Manny and his team. Manny is a coward for not accepting Floyd's challenge. Why move the date if there's no bigger venue being built?
