As taste this fight sounds it doesn't make much sense to me. I see that top rank try to cash out Gambo he doesn't sell well and a major threat to Mickey Gracia.
i won´t give Rios any credit because it would be a MASSIVE FLUKE if he managed to beat Gamboa

This is a bad fight for Rios. If he wins everyone will say he beat a featherweight, and I don't think it's entirely unrealistic to think Gamboa might pull out a victory with his speed and talent. I understand the fight from Gamboa's standpoint because a win will do wonders for his career, but at the same time people won't kill him for losing after making such a drastic jump in weight. But I don't see why Rios' camp would go for this fight. Regardless, I'd love to see it happen.

Gamboa beats Rios and I think he has a easier time then people think with him...WHY? SPEED! Rios while tough is VERY SLOW...ACOSTA was not only out-boxing him but he hurt and wobbled Rios a few times, with Gamboa, I think he will OVERWHELM Rios with his Hand Speed and I think Rios will struggle to land clean on Gamboa because he is so fast

It is going to look like the recent Asylum Moreno vs Vic Darchinyan fight IMO, A BOXING CLINIC!

But if Rios get the win...then YES you have to give him Credit!

Rios-Gamboa is a potential FOTY candidate if Rios were to win, because he would have to come from taking an ass whoopin' before stopping Gamboa, so I assume he'd get credit from the majority if he were to win.

I have a high opinion of Rios, as a fighter, but Gamoba will put a beating on him if they fight. Rios-Gamboa is Yuriorkis' coming out party.

To answer the question, I'll have to see how the fight goes. Obviously if Rios destroys Gamboa in 1 or 2 rounds the size would have been just too much, however if it's a competitive fight and gamboa doesn't seem completely out of his elemant, I'll give Rios his props.

Remember guys Gamboa has something that Rios doesn't - lightning fast speed. Speed can nullify strength & power. Will it be enough to win, time will tell. But don't count gamboa out completely.
this exactly and im betting on gomboa to win.
