no my friend.. just no.. alfonso gomez was putting it on alvarez before they stopped it... mayweather absolutely dominates him without breaking a sweat. if floyd really is about the money he knows the fighter that will get him the most money is cotto... that fight am willing to see, not green alvarez or lightweight guerrero

Why is he even in the mix for this fight? Because he beat up Katsidis? A JMM Guerrero fight makes more sense.

If we HAVE to have something other than May/Pac I want Myweather/Bradley It'd be an ugly fight, but at least Bradley is young, cagey, and undefeated. Top Rank would never do it though because they're a bunch of scared *****es.
Guerrero is good man, plus he would fill in nicely at the weight- Floyd knows the risk isn't worth the reward. I'd rather he fought Bradley too but he won't, Bradley would beat Mayweather.

No way..anything is possible. Did you see the way Ortiz was able to boss Mayweather against the ropes? Alvarez makes Ortiz look tiny, he'd bully Floyd around and hurt him- at least Floyd would make bank in that fight though.

yes in boxing anything is possible, but alvarez beating mayweather is damn near impossible to the point where i would bet my home, car and left nut that he won't beat floyd. ortiz is huge, he was 164 fight night against floyd.. alvarez was 168 in his last fight. ortiz is not so tiny. ortiz is also a better fighter and boxer than canelo. like i said before, gomez was putting it on canelo before it was stopped.. he has literally no chance in hell

            Canelo, Martinez or Cotto "acceptable"

For Pacquiao only Bradley is acceptable

First of all it wont be Cotto. Secondly it will most likely be Canelo. Fighting a mexican on may 5th will bring in a boat load of money.

Why fight Pac or Cotta on Mexican Independence Day???
FRAUD was very clever to "Reserve" that date to AVOID Pac!!!

Robert Guerrero gives Floyd more problems then Canelo, thats a fact. The Ghost is a worthy opponent and he's done way more in boxing then Alvarez. His has a good story to sell as well. I want to Guerrero vs. Floyd over Canelo!!!

hell no, Guerrero is a freakin' lightweight (and not even the best or second best at that division), he has no business even sniffing a ring with somebody like Floyd. Canelo, although he stands little chance too, at least will present problems with his youth and size. And plus everybody in or from Mexico knows him, nobody knows or cares who the hell Guerrero is. Had Guerrero schooled Maidana (like many were claiming he would) maybe he'd be a more respectable possible opponent.
