Before the Pac-JMM III fight: "Floyd is afraid of Manny, isn't serious about May 5th".

After the fight: "Floyd will still be there next fall".

Early December: "We're talking to investors about the fight, no decision until after the holidays".

Early December: "May is bad, manny needs time for his cut to heel".

Floyd gets sentenced to jail: "We are moving forward without Floyd. Manny will fight in may or June."

Floyd gets a continuation till June:.............Let's wait and see what Arum says next.

I have no doubt it will be "Floyd was sentenced to jail, we moved on, because we aren't basing our decisions on what if's. By the time Floyd got a continuation until June, we already made a plan to fight Marquez-Cotto-Bradley."

For the record, if Manny or Floyd fought Cotto at 154 lbs, it'd be a B or B+ fight. But, if it was at 147 or 150, it's a C+ fight. There's no other way around it.

Can't wait to hear Arum's response to this, he probably s**t his pants realizing he won't be able to fool people into thinking Floyd is a non option now.

What's also funny is that Richard Shaffer is saying canelo or the ghost......................no Manny?

Why can't people just realize both Manny and Floyd are to blame for this nonsense.

Actually Mayweather announced he reserved the MGM grand for the Pacquiao fight the week before the Pac/Marquez fight took place.

I don't see where he says otherwise..................

They waited until the week Floyd is supposed to go to jail to say oh they wanted it to be Floyd but it can't be because he's going to jail, etc. All of a sudden, Floyd isn't going in and what do we hear from Arum?

I still think Mayweather dodged Pac when he was at his peak knocking everyone out. Pac has lost a step now and Money May wants to cash in on that lost step like he did when he stepped on Ortiz and KO'd him.

Everyone seems upset that the Floyd - Manny fight will not happen cinco the mayo. Ideally, Floyd should be fighting a Mexican on their holiday. Realistically, like I've said before, the Floyd-Manny fight will never happen.

The craziest thing about this thread is that no one seems to have any issues with a man putting his hands on a woman, being found guilty and delayed his jail sentence so he can get paid mega millions to put his hands on a man. Not only is the sport of boxing pathetic so is the US Judicial system for allowing this to happen.

I have been quoted numerous times and still believe "You always control the decisions you make, but once you make that decision, you will always be controlled by that decision you made." - B.R! I guess it only applies outside the borders of Las Vegas.
