No this is more like accusing someone of being a ****sexual then saying if you pull your pants down and bend over I can prove it. Not ridiculous at all, Floyd's attorney is saying "if you can't prove that your not on anything by surrendering your medical records then Floyd has every right to think that you are. I think this puts Manny in a very bad position because the bottom line is "what are you hiding".

the judge will clearly see whats getting down on there. floyd's lawyers are now simply telling the court that floyd have no proof when he accused manny of using PED's. and the judge is nodding his head right now while floyd is with his usual arrogant smirk while on his way to jail still clueless that he is going to pay manny damages while in jail.

Well the fact that Floyd is spending 90days incarcerated isnt going to sway the judges into believing Floyd didnt say that.. Search Floyd accuses Pacman of PED's on Youtube and you find tons of evidence of how Floyd tried to tarnish Pacs name..

The Mayweather tactic is standard "trawling", hoping to cause annoyance, and a lso turn up anything which might help them. I'm sure they are not hopeful. It will probably be denied by a judge if they appear with it.

Pacq cannot provide all of his medical records cuz he was a poor champion in the Phillippines. he didn't come to America until 2001! half of his doctors are probably dead by now

No, I believe you are not correct there. I don't think a judge would make available to them a plaintiff's medical records, which are private and confidential anyway. The plaintiffs can chose to comply, and it seems they have, at least in part. Regardless of how many records they showed, the defendants could say they're hiding some, we want more. It's known as "trawling" or "fishing" and usually frowned on by Jurists.

Mayweather and company made damaging allegations which they must now prove, in court. If they can't, they lose their case and are liable for legal costs and consequential damages. Assuming that Pacquiao can show damage, the judge will find in his favour and Mayweather will be in the soup. Pacquiao, is not merely a boxer, but a Global commodity, and damages could be assessed very high.

It'll be an interesting case regardless of the outcome, since the stakes are so high, and the litigation teams are so experienced.

This is a textbook example of a open and shut case.

Come on now. I know you love Floyd, but you're being ridiculous. If you're accusing someone of using steroids, the burden of proof is on you. Mayweathers should have had evidence before they went on a campaign to accuse Pacquiao of using PEDs. Apparently, they don't have any evidence, and are now asking Pacquiao for help. LOL!
