Floyd's lawyers in desperation mode right now. Before it was 'this is a frivolous case and will never see a courtroom, judge will dismiss it'. Then when it became clear that wasn't going to happen, they went with the classic Mayweather tactic- ducking and dodging, coming up with one story after another about why they couldn't make the deposition. Then when Pac's lawyers showed that the reason he couldn't make it was because he was busy clubbing and burning benjamins, they finally got his deposition.

So now that it's clear the case is all but lost, they're hoping against hope that they'll get Manny's records and there will some how be proof that Pac used PEDs. Some smoking gun that no one has seen that will be the smoking gun that vindicates Floyd and gets him off the hook. Amazing.

Just pay the man, Floyd. Hopefully you'll have some left over to pay the civil suit filed against you after the skate rink shooting. Hopefully your boy Ocie is ready to do time and won't buck and get you an attempted murder charge next month
