For someone with so much money Floyd has terrible advisers. He should be protected from making these sort of comments without a burden of proof. It's trash talking at it's worst.

I do not blame Pacquiao for taking him to court.

The million dollar question is.... why Floyd accused Pac was on PED when he beat the hell out of those he ducked (Cotto and Margarito) fighters like a plague and when he retired Oscar and made him quit, when he retired Hatton ko in 2, when he retired Mosley and ran like a pusssy? Now after his 40 fights, all of the sudden he wants Pac to be tested or no fight. His actions showed how confident your idol to beat Pacquiao. lol! Don't tell me he just want a clean fight (elbow punch, forearm choke, sucker punch) or he just want to clean the sport?

Not ridiculous at all, Floyd's attorney is saying "if you can't prove that your not on anything by surrendering your medical records then Floyd has every right to think that you are. I think this puts Manny in a very bad position because the bottom line is "what are you hiding".
and now pac is avoiding his deposition. he ducked floyd and now he is ducking having his medical records made available. this dude only knows how to duck and run and fight no hoper's.at the onset of this suit i said floyds legal team would force pac to prove he is clean. i saw this coming. good tactic now pac and co are on the defense. they dont want to show those dr's in dark ally's with 21 gauge needle's full of peds. but now they have to do skillful side stepping to avoid floyd. they are good at that.

Now, we all know that what Pac says doesn't reflect what his TEAM says, so even if HE was willing to take the tests for the fight, doesn't mean his team wanted him to so I'm not personally accusing him. What happens if Floyd comes out after this trial and sues pac for calling him a liar. How will Pac prove he ISN'T one? That's what I'm trying to get at. Can you imagine if Pac is found to have used PEDS, and deliberately and maliciously sued Floyd, KNOWING that he was lying? This is kind of like somebody being arrested for a crime. The arrestee asks the cop to prove it, and the cop asks him a series of questions to make it all come together. Same thing here imo. I mean, everyone is entitled to their opinion are they not? This is like Floyd coming on here and suing us for calling him an ****** lol.
The police can ask as much as they want, but you don't have to answer. The Law forbids making anyone incriminate himself. This case is not anything like your "examples". You are floundering around and have just come on the site, so it seems you are very
young, and know little. Mayweather made potentially very damaging accusations against a global francise, Pacquiao, who sued. He can vindicate himself by proving the truth of his accusations. Pacquiao does not have to help him do so. I believe they do NOT have to provide personal medical records, and even if ordered by judge, it wouldn't be appropriate to do so. They are being helpful in providing what they have done, which, having been taken by local commissions may already be on public record, I'm not sure about this system anyway.

It's called "a fishing expedition", often a sign of desperation, and I don't believe a judge would allow it, because, as I've said, and should be obvious to you anyway. self incrimination is not demanded. As for your example" about Mayweather calling Pacquiao a "liar" and that Pacquiao will have to prove he isn't.....this is ****eyed, simplistic and and wrong. This isn't schoolyard bully territory. Mayweather has to show PROOF that Pacquiao is a liar, and MannyP does not have to help him provide it.

There are certain people, like the president of a country, for the inhabitants of which, his medical records may be vitally important, but even here I think they can be difficult of access, and he may be able to refuse to allow access.

I suggest that you stop making a fool of yourself, and just sit and "listen" or read, like most, who will wait to see how everything develops.

Hence one sues to prove his innocence and recover monetary loss from the effects.

That is why there is a law against defamation as a deterrent for doing it for the heck of it and to impose accountability for one's actions.

Now let's get beyond the BS and ask this question: "WHERE HAS MANNY BEEN DEFAMED? Has his popularity been hurt in any way? In my opinion this is CHECK MATE because Floyd's attorney is basically asking to be able to check for abnormal cholesterol levels. Let's cut the BS because even a casual fan knows by now that the state testing currently in place is a joke but asking to check someone's cholesterol history is not a lot to ask for. **** is brilliant if you ask me because how can Manny say no to this.
