When Floyd gets hit it's like a celebration of life. The world goes crazy. Multiple heart attacks happen. ******s are going off left and right.

It's because he's hasn't been hit cleanly and badly hurt at the same time many times in his career.

The only times I can recall where he was veyr badly hurt by a single punch was againt Corley and Mosley.

He's been buzzed, obviously. By Castillo, Oscar, Judah etc. Still, not really that many.

So, it's pretty shocking when he does get hurt badly like he did against Shane. No one was expecting that.

Ontop of that, he hasn't been hurt at all since becoming a global superstar and hated world wide since 07. And for the majorty of new fans (and the majority of the people who hate him) againt Shane was the first time they'd ever seen Mayweather in serious trouble.

So of course, they went completely ape ****.
