Its actually embarrassing for boxing that we have these two great fighters around their respective primes at #1 & #2 P4P and in the Same damn division yet we cant seem to get them in the ring together! Say what u will about the UFC but this shiet would never fly there....

Not really. Mayweather would be a clear favorite over Pacquiao based on the perception that he's a class above.

The thing is there is no certainty when doing biz with Floyd. Too many question marks.. Floyd might want to take a longer vacation after being locked in jail.

Floyd should leave a comment to us boxing fans that he is fighting sometime this year with a definite month so that pac and arum can decide their options. Coz knowing Floyd he might not even fight this year.

Completely agree. Pac can't let his own career be dependent on Floyd's, after all, it wasn't his fault Floyd got convicted and locked up. Pac can't even assume Floyd will fight him after he gets out of jail whether this year or next. He should take the next best thing after Floyd and that could be Bradley or Marquez (unless someone is better than these two within the welterweight division). Then, when Floyd is damn good and ready to face Pac, make the superfight happen.

Yup, it can be an excuse coz Pac is getting battle worn every time he steps in the ring with an opponent. He is a warrior who loves to ****. His fighting style makes him susceptible to decay faster.

That is why as I said in the post. pac should just rest and wait for Floyd to show up. His last dance to cap of his stellar career. He has done so much in boxing. Floyd vs Pac is the exclamation point win or lose.
