Yeah but the topic is whether or not Dirrel had any neurological damage confirmed by doctors. I'm willing to bet he did from what I remember seeing on video.

All I heard was the concussion and a vague diagnose allegedly by Dr. Shaw-High in fightcamp 360.

So he purposely got Smashed by AA so he could claim injury and pull out?

Why not just say you got injured in training camp and pull out?

Why go out there and fight to WIN? Either pull out of the fight, or throw the fight.. he didnt do either..

just telling you what was going on behind all this as told by several Shaw employees who at the time had no idea what Andre was going to do next but I was told directly that he pulled out of the AA fight in Cali not because of back issues but because he wanted to get paid like Froch did

then was told he almost backed out of the new AA date when he realized he wasn't getting what he thought he would do in a hometown fight

then told that he wanted out of his Shaw contract and wasn't going to fight for him anytime soon. That was more of the issue as to why he backed out of the Ward than anything else.

and as for the options statement I was told by people close to Bute (I work with him and his team closely) that the offer would have "kept hands on Bute" for a long time and was verified by one writer I am close with

I can see why Dirrell would want Bute but I don't see why Bute would want anything to do Dirrell currently or even if Dirrell comes back and gets back to the top of the contender heap.

To be honest Dirrell did draw pretty well, and Detroit isn't his hometown Flint is it is like an hour+ away from Detroit, that fight was on short notice, wasn't really promoted well and he hasn't fought much in Michigan. People were pretty hype about him after that night though and he kind of squandered that, fighting in your hometown helps but still need to build a following there.

Dirrell is dumber than a box of hammers if that is his plan, he isn't well off and he hasn't made that much in boxing yet to be wasting years, fight, win and that stuff takes care of itself, putting the cart before the horse gets one no where.

People take the word concussion with not enough seriousness because they are just "use" to the word.

So what you're saying is there isn't anything on "record" saying DKP is the reason Bute vs Cloud didn't happen, but in fact something you heard off record?

I'm not knocking your personal insight on certain issues. I believe they are very well true.

But in the same breath, without a documented source, I don't take he said, she said as the the gospel either.

I hear information and make my own assessment. Unless I'm hearing something from Team Bute and Team Cloud who are saying the exact same thing, until then, your word is just as good as anyone else's with an opinion.

NEVER MIND if you thought Dirrell was faking during the Abraham fight...bottom line is that he DOMINATED ABRAHAM most of that fight and it was Abraham who was ****** enough to hit Dirrell while he was down

Bute beats Dirrell based on what? Because some of you just want him to? LOL Boxing don't work like that, Bute haven't fought anybody as fast as Dirrell...I think...NO CORRECTION...I KNOW Dirrell would give him major problems and if the fight is outside of Canada I like Dirrell chances at beating him!

The Bute hype is so LAUGHABLE and it is mostly out of desperation from people who just don't want to give Ward his Props so they are just jumping on the Bute Bandwagon, then if Ward beats him people will jump on Thomas Oosthuize or George Groves or Robert Stieglitz lol
