I tried googling Humberto Soto and nothing came up.

Simple question from ****** person and those who agreed with you are the worst. Just like the rat has two choices to fight. A fellow rat or a cat but the rat fought the cat instead, then the dog and then the tiger. So now he ducked the rat? ****** right? Just like Pacquiao fighting Diaz at 135, then Hatton at 140 and then Cotto at 147. And now Pacquiao ducked the 130 bum Sotto. SMH

Look at the Guzman fight and the Antillon fight and you tell me if Soto was ducked. What is Soto's biggest win, a prime Rocky Juarez.

Soto has skills and looks good against B level and below fighters, never seen him beat a top opponent and an over the hill Kevin Kelly doesn't count

He chose not to fight him and fought better and more dangerous opponents. LMAO I would of rather watched PAquiao fight Soto than Solis,Diaz, Clottey, De La Hoya.. The only real credit I give Pacquiao is for beating Cotto, Hatton and Margarito at the higher weigh classes.. Truth is he could of fought younger and faster guys at the lower weights.. Bradely, Soto, Guerrero, Guzman or Chris John.. I was a big fan of Pacquiao until he started with all that catch weigh bull****t and cherry picking!! NOW **** PAcquiao!!

Lol well soto was a respected champ coming off the upset win over juarez on hbo. He had been calling out pac. Plus like i said he beat his brother and called him out bc pac was ringside it builds exitement kinda like mosley did with may.

no. when they were both fighting at 130 soto wasn't a champion and his only notable win up until then was rocky juarez.

if soto had beaten guzman then maybe you could make a case

                    Simple answer. No.

Manny fought Barrera for a rematch, and than Marquez rematch. Before he moved up to 135.

La Zorrita suffered two losses, that blimished his chances to fight anyone significant...back when both where trending 130.

By the time la Zorrita moved up to 135. Manny was fighting Ricky Hatton followed by Cotto.

Er...diaz having been on the shelf since being toyed with by pacquiao (16months if im not mistaken) came back and still only lost to soto by 2rds. 2 rounds which arguably could have been made up for had he taken a tune up first to get the rust off.
