Dawson is a mental scrub, and Ward is quite the opposite. But I cannot see Ward being able to get around Dawson's athletic and size advantages. Dawson wins by decision.

BTW, this fight will be more boring than watching paint dry in the dark. Ismayl Sillakh vs either of these 2 will be much more interesting. Pascal vs Ward would be interesting too.

this is what i think. after that pascal fight, its hard for me to picture dawson handling a fighter like ward. and, mind u, i think dawson has more physical gifts than just about everyone in the higher weights except the kbros.

I will not argue against that. I think Dawson is phenomenal...But, yea he doesn't have the mental capacity to beat Ward or be an elite P4P IMO.

Remember guys Ward has never faced anyone as slick or naturally gifted as Dawson. Both of their defense are about the same level. But Dawson wins as long as at least 80% of him shows up.

Ward by decision in a dull boring fight. Unless Dawson gets aggressive he has mental lapses when the fight is not going is way
