Not neccessarily. With all the money he has his lawyers could string it out for months, and take up valuable court time. They likely have full slates and made the deal so as not to waste the court's time and have a group of police tied up attending court every time. This doesn't indicate,in my opinion that they hadn't a solid case. If they hadn't a solid case he could have threatened to drag the case out with countless appeals all the way up to the Supreme court. That's just the sort of thing a lawyer would threaten, especially an American Lawyer, and in Las Vegas yet........... For him to have had to accept even a minimum jail sentence, would be a huge blow to his narcissistic opinion of himself, and he wouldn't do one minute if he could have arranged to avoid it.from my personal experience the D.A. only offers or agrees to plea deals when they are not sure they can get a conviction if the case goes to trial. if it was an open and shut case like pactads/floyd haters have been saying they wouldn't have offered a plea, they would have took him straight to trial.
Maybe he still can, I don't know US law.Comment

I said the same thing about him some months ago.I used to know him on another site and he was rather different. In the last year of two he's become progressively more incoherent and ******. Seems to be trying to break into the "thug" racket. Definitely a "camp follower".Comment
