Hes got the best lawyers money can buy. The DAs lucky to get a conviction at all. 2 yrs chasing Floyd. If they had anything solid they wouldnt be making a deal.

It doesn't really matter in Vegas if you are ****ed up in the head as long you are economically viable and generates revenue for the Nevada State, you get a free jail card. The one thing that he'll get is a loss that will stick with him forever, TKO win for Baby. Floyd will be Ok...

So much for the nut hugging fans saying he didn't do it.. Hopefully he doesn't get more then 2 days, but if he gets 18 months I won't feel bad.

I could really picture him being made out as an example and get 18 months..

just because you plead guilty doesnt mean your really guilty. sometimes its best to take a plea deal than risk losing and getting a real tough sentance. i took a plea deal from canton mi prosecutor for a driving infraction. i took the deal to prevent the addition of points to my record. had i not taken the deal, the judge would have leveled me with points and a huge fine. so i did the smart thing and took the deal. good for floyd. he will get community service and no jail time. pay a fine and move on to make a ton of money for vegas and himself.

Sad that after all the work Floyd puts into the community and charity causes he cares about, the DA is still trying to bring him down.

Goes to show you that when you become successful there's always a target on your back.

was there ever any pics of her with a beat up face???? because if a pro boxer hits anybody it would show up as bruises. and if they had pics to sway the jury pool, they would have taken the case to the end. trying to get their name up there with the prosecutor that put plaxico in prison for yrs.

Before the DA prosecutes there a filed complaint, before that there a submitted police report, before that there's a community call to the police.
Don't blame the DA, they're just prosecuting what is before them. Those chains of events were put in motion well before the cases were ever presented in court.

Not necessarily. You do realize that assault charges have been placed on people for spraying someone with a water hose. True story. Assault for wetting someone with a water hose.
