No, it ain't about "winning" or "losing". I mean, clearly you're talking nonsense, what you're saying has no founding in any kind of logic whatsoever. So what I have to do is not prove or disprove what you're saying, I just want to understand WHY. Why makes that head of yours tick?

I gave you examples of British boxers who duck people and now you're changing the subject... keep the subject on the fighters.

I'm not changing the subject, this IS the subject. I'm not getting at you personally, either, I just can't understand how anyone in their right mind could say the names of a handful of UK boxers and say that makes all UK boxers afraid.

What about Lloyd Honeyghan vs. Donald Curry?

            hmm

I just don't get how a ******* guy of your intelligence always brings it down to "us and them".
Note the bold, Anorak. That's what we call an oxymoron. Hehe.

Anywho, are we ever going to talk about the fight? I've seen Joe fight and he is respectable (skills-wise). Of course many Euros are doing themselves a DISSERVICE by staying in their home countries with those home-cooked decisions, this cannot be denied. However, there are Euros with skill (Kessler, Adamek, Calzaghe). The problem is, they have to try harder to prove themselves vs higher opposition. If that means traveling, they should do it.

Lacy going to England is against the norm. That's a good thing. It proves that Lacy is truly focused to be considered the best in the world. My opinion is that Joe has plenty of skill and is not that faded. Him lookin not as good as usual has to do with injuries. So long as he is healthy, he is as good as he ever was.

However, what will determine this fight is the sheer brute force and unrelenting style of Jeff Lacy. Lacy is not the most technically sound guy, but he will overcome this shortcoming as he has in previous bouts. His chin is iron, his hands are hard, and his will is indomitable. He is just too damned focused and determined to not accomplish his mission. Calzaghe will be stopped if he comes to fight. If not, he will lose a UD. Look for him to have his moments though.

The ones I know, are *******. Even Lewis had some ***** qualities by taking on older fighters and getting rocked with one punch knock outs.

You also have the Klits, Darius M, Hamed, ****man Hatton. All these fighters are balls-less. They need an injection of testosterone.

man, like there wasn't enough fighting on the forums between UK fans and US ones, now that this fight is being signed, there won't be one place in Brooklyn i can hang my hat.

There should really be a forum for UK dissusion, like a Global boxingscene or something, man if that alternative was made, that would be great!! Then this non-stop forum wouldn't be cluttered with UK boxers vs. US garbage!

True, but Brits should be allowed to join in the chat, right? (There is a forum for non-World Stage boxing here)

Next thing you'll be saying it should be apartheid on the board.

lol, maybe he could have waited 14 years into his pro career like Calzaghe did.
