props to ortiz, but i think martinez' proposed 150 lb catchweight was only to mayweather or pacquiao. ortiz is obviously a bigger than those two, i think if he can get past berto, a deal can be made to this matchup at 152-154. we'll see what happens, but cool to see ortiz welcome any challenge.

Ortiz has balls. And I had him winning 3 outta 4 against floyd so thats why floyd lied right to his face about being a man and giving him a rematch

I liked Ortiz' win against Berto but this time around, I think Berto is going to beat him. Berto is smart and knows what his mistakes were in the first fight and his going to make the right adjustments. I don't see Ortiz beating any of the top champs. People think that if the Mayweather fight would have gone longer Ortiz would have beaten Floyd but Floyd KO'ed a fresh Ortiz with what people call slap shots. Sorry to say but if the fight had gone longer, Floyd would have still KO'ed Vic.

I agree. I think people say that if the fight would have went longer Ortiz would have won and so forth because they just want to find some flaw with Mayweather. Ortiz didn't believe he was winning because if he did, then he would not have fouled Floyd. Funny how people continue to overlook that fact. Floyd would have most likely got Ortiz out of there in the 8th by way of towel being thrown in. In regards to the Berto rematch. Not really sure how it will play out this time because haven't really seen anything from Berto in his last fight that would indicate that he can adjust. Have to think about it. Funny how people dislike Floyd so much that they will see things that wasn't even there, happened or exaggerate facts when he fights.

I guess this guy didnt see the right hands he was getting caught with when he watched the fight..... Makes sense, cause he didnt see the right hands coming in the fight either.

He didn't do anything because that ****** fight was staged!! Shame on Ortiz!

Nobody at 154 or 160 is beating Sergio Martinez. A Floyd fight with Sergio would be competitive and has me up in the air. Both Floyd and Sergio adjusts under pressure. The thing that would give the edge to Mayweather is that he is too accurate and fast for Martinez to keep his lands low but in the same breath Sergio is just as fast, durable and has 1 punch KO power. Competitive fight but me thinks that Martinez would murk Ortiz. Vic mental couldn't handle a fighter like Sergio and since Ortiz likes to let his hands go and ****, it would be easier for Martinez to get Ortiz out of there.

I believe that the Clottey/Mosley fights with Pac was staged more than Mayweather agreeing to letting Ortiz head but him hard in his mouth.

Finally a man with an ounce of brain...who in 154 or 160 right now beats Sergio? No1 and who ever think they can are delirous, just his athleticism alone has him above his opponent, lets not go to his KO power his cardio and IDC what anyone says he has his hands dropped to his side always, he still ends up winning.. Now FMJ and MAravilla , we all know FMJ is a dffrent kind of beast... He will tag Sergio at will especially with his hands being dropped, Sergio has never met someone as FMJ who is the best counterpuncher in the game and maybe ever... It will be a good fight between those two.. but FMJ will come out on top.. NO DOUBT!
