    Is that true ?

    Does anyone know ?

Links please, no " guessing ".

I distinctly remember reading that Team Bute turned down the Super-6 offer.

Why on earth would they neglect to invite Bute, a title holder at 168 ?

    That doesn't even make sense.

    Links anyone ?

Interesting. I will take you on your word, of course, but I would also love to have a link to that comment, if possible. Fair call if correct, point taken.

But either way, Ward is the man at 168.

I am quite sure that Hershman at a presser Said that Bute wasnt invited. On the other hand showtime commentators has, according to Cliff Rold, several times said that interbox declined an invitation.

Fight would be huge and right now I am 50-50 on who I think would win. I think Bute should fight Froch next and if he wins a fight with Ward at the end of next year.

BTW why all the hate on Bute? This guy was only offered 1 fight since 4 years. It was Froch in Nottingham but Bute had unfinished business with Andrade. Cannot blame the bloke...

                  this division is a joke

u have an ibf champion that fights nobody's u have a new wba,wbc champion thats gna move to light heavy, and a wbo champion thats not even talked of, if ward leaves super middleweight the division is dead.

him thinking he is the star since he won the super 6 may want him to have a hometown advantage in Oakland.
