i'm losing respect for khan ...... he lost a close fight now he's acting like a spoiled child.
'i will give peterson a rematch if the decision is overturned'
Khan was just on BBC radio 5. The presenter said a lot of boxing experts are saying you just have sour g****s and Lamont won fair and square.
He said he just wants a fair fight and that nowhere in the WBA rulebook does it say pushing ain't allowed. Furthermore, he's submitted a complaint and is awaiting a decision in the next 10-15 days.
Khan is a pathetic spoilt crybaby, he didnt get robbed he just got beat in a close fight that could have gone either way. Chisora was robbed, Khan just lost.
You''ll give him a rematch Amir? That's good of you. As if they're going to overturn a legitimately close decision. Look at the way he's talking about the rematch being definite. It smacks of desperation. If Peterson is good enough to offer 1 then count yourself lucky - he doesn't have to.
Khans on every media outlet in the UK trying his best to discredit a narrow loss; a true champion would take the L and win the rematch..
Team Khan is in damage limitation mode but this is actually more damaging.
You'd think Khan (Boxing Olympic Silver Medalist) wouldn't wanna drag boxings name through the mud it just goes to show he's in it for the wrong reasons.
At first I wanted to see a rematch and thought it was just; but now if peterson doesnt give him a rematch I'd seriously understand his logic.
This is a real ***** move right here, wonder how roach and the wild card gym feels about this as it's also giving them a bad name too.
Also is any of this being aired or given time on US media or is it just a UK PR stunt???
