      I disagree entirely.

But please, feel free to support your statement with some facts.

As far as I'm concerned, the difference between the "cherry picked" opposition Floyd has fought and the "cherry picked" opposition Canelo has fought is not even comparable. But, you go ahead and try to compare them.

Mayweather should step up and take this fight lots of money another 154 title and an easy fight IMO.

If Pacquiao is off the table, then I agree.

But I still cannot understand who would benefit from this fight ?

It'd be funny seeing Mayweather trapped along the ropes getting ripped to the body and not being strong enough to do anything about it. Canelo is way bigger than Ortiz and Ortiz had Floyd pinned very easily....this fight would not be as one-sided as people want to believe it would be. Another thing....this IS the most lucrative fight out there besides a Pac fight and I seriously doubt Floyd will accept the challenge if the Pac fight can't be made.....you have to remember, Floyd isn't 21 and hungry anymore....Canelo is.....Floyd took the easy way out against Ortiz for a reason, believe what you want but Floyd doesn't want anymore fights with those young bucks.
