Rj Power
Roy was very quick and controlled and had what I call SHARP power. By that I mean he wasn't a BOMBER, like a Foreman type. RJ was the type that could hit you and you feel it like a ZAP. There are basically two kinds of 'punchers'... there are the BOOMING, HUGE punchers (like Foreman) and there are the fast and sharp, zapping ones like RJ, Hearns, etc.Comment

I never sparred Julian, No. The hardest one punch hitter I faced was probably LAMAR PARKS. And yea Tyson was probably a good mix of both types (good call on your part!!)

Kid Fire was one of my favs as I have told you before, when McClellan went to fight Benn his next fight was scheduled with Lamar...that would have been fun too watch-I loved Lamar but I was also real worried about him tangling with Gerald.
Crazy how Lamar Parks and Gerald McClellan were to square off and then they both gat tagged with seperate tradgedies, I still hurt over both mens departure from the sport!Comment

You know, I had talked to Roy Jones Sr around that time and he had picked Lamar to beat Gerlad. Lamar was a better boxer-puncher and as heavy handed I believe.Comment
