The two kids are amateur champions I trained. THAT was back in 1996 when they both won Ohio State Fair titles. Sadly the one on the left was murdered earlir this year while the other one works for a law firm. His name is Sammy and as an amateur he beat current pros like Verquan Kimbrough, David Martinez and Jose Aguiniga

How much did you spar with Toney Ice? Waht was it like?

Do you get a good account of the slippery counter puncher he is in sparring with him?

        What was his punch like?

Do you think he has wnough pop to be at Heavyweight and get guys respect with his power or does he just feed off activity and skill up at that weight?

          Murdered?

          Why was he murdered?

And the other one must be talented. They both look kind of young there. Anyone who started that early must be good, in fact, its the same in any sport.

              James Toney

I boxed with James a lot when he was 168 pound champion. Sometimes we did SEVEN MINUTE ROUNDS

Hey Ice man is it true that JT ran from Nige Benn in the gym ? Benn was over there training for one of his fights, i think Benn was ringside at Prince Charles Williams fight, & JT & his peeps apparently ran from Benn when Nige got in their face askin to spar Toney callin him "fatboy" and a "clown" etc ?

Ice, I heard James Toney outside of boxing is one of the nicest, respectable, genuine person in boxing if He likes you. I also heard his attitude is more for show then anything.

                    Is this true?
