This is closer than Marquez vs. Cotto but Marquez knows how to deal with a jab and movement and hasn't been humiliated and shut out three times.

Before the third Pacquaio fight I would have said Trinidad.

After the Third Pacquaio fight I'm saying Marquez.

Tito beat Camacho, an undefeated Campas, undefeated Oba Carr, Sweet Pea, undefeated Oscar, undefeated David Reid, undefeated Vargas....etc..

As great as JMM is, Tito's resume *****s all over his.

Intereesting parallell between the two as it wasn't until later in their careers (more so Marquez) that they got to face their best opposition. Trinidad had great contenders and fellow belt holders in his class but for some reason never fought them. He never fought Whitaker, Page, Lopez, Quartey, Rivera, even McGirt and Chavez.

Only really fighting Carr early on and Oscar in his last welterweight fight. While Quartey, Whitaker, Delahoya, Lopez, Rivera, etc. had fights against one another. Odd no one really points that out.

                  PS Marquez is greater.
