Damn this is still going on? loool. . . there will never be an end; everybody is going to staunchly support their opinion. . . at the end of the day that's all it is. . . boxing is just too subjective. . . I think good evidence has been given in support of each fighter winning. . .Comment

Byrd was NEVER in danger at any point. Vitali threw 218 more punches but only ended up with a difference of 8 after 9 rounds. THATS WHY HE QUIT.he was thoroughly outclassed and embarrassed.

The shoulder injury was direct result of his ATROCIOUS accuracy. 500 punches thrown and Byrd barely had a scratch on him.
Vitali has never beaten an elite skilled boxer in his life and is 0-2 in his career.

How can you honestly claim Vitali was outclassed when he threw and landed more punches than a light heavyweight (and amateur MIDDLEWEIGHT) boxer who you would expect to throw a lot more & faster, hitting harder and STILL landing more punches than the guy who is supposed to punch faster and more frequently to cause effect? Not to mention Vitali's punches are a lot more effective and hurt a lot more than Byrds feather fists and would usually bring him a score lead even if he threw less than Byrd because of effectiveness. So only because Vitali was winning a fight not as clearly and comfortably as he usually does (but still winning!) you're saying he was outclassed and embarrassed. Man, just admit you're a Klitschko hater with heart and soul. It's obvious for everyone to see.Byrd was NEVER in danger at any point. Being objective I also agree with that. That's why when all else fails, the poll results must stand for something.Damn this is still going on? loool. . . there will never be an end; everybody is going to staunchly support their opinion. . . at the end of the day that's all it is. . . boxing is just too subjective. . . Bolded: Yes, painfully obvious. ridiCULOus, its like comparing a great propeler bomber from the 60s with one of today. At the same time, you can't take away all the wars won by the 60s bomber and his acomplishments.
In Louis time there was no growing hormones or steroids to make giants and 6 foot was a tall fighter and less face it. Giant Vitali will never be consider as the best HW champion of all times.Comment
