A Question For Cotto Fans

Ok you all remember that Cotto wanted to bring Margarito down to 150 right? You guys were ok with it(well most). Now since it looks we might have a rematch between Cotto and Pacquiao, it looks most likely that Pac will ask for a catch weight.

Are you ok with that if they rematch at 150?

145, 147, 150 or 154 Cotto eventually would get beat down again. But TR keeping all fights in house unfortunately there is a possibility for this fight

It would just look bad on Pacquiao to fight at yet another catchweight. Especially because he would easily destroy Cotto at 154. It would be pointless.

I hated Cotto trying to get Marg at a catchweight.....although it was 100% him just trying to fcuk with Tony at the negotiation table.

If Pac-Cotto 2 happened at 150....beside the fact that I don't really want to see the fight, I think I'd hate the concept of the catchweight again but in reality I think it would be good for Cotto. I think he'd be faster at 150 than 154.

I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch, and I wouldn't care about the weight. If the fighters are willing to settle on the weight, than it's not really my concern until I start picking the winner/betting on the fight. And even then, it never bothers me or anything, it just factors in.

154 makes the fight more interesting to me, because it adds another dimension to the bout. However, 150 would be fine, as well. 147, I wouldn't like for Cotto, but it's his body and he should know what is best. If he doesn't, it's his fault if he signed that theoretical contract.

i thought it was corny as hell to demand anything but a 154lbs weight division. The only reason i could even remotely be ok with it is to strip margarito of all his rights because hes a goddamn cheater.

Catchweight are lame as hell unless they are 100% necessary in order to get a fight done and reasonable. Like Martinez going down to 154 to fight May/pac.

Personally i am, because cotto is natural at that weight, wouldnt make much a difference imo. He'd have to watch his diet a little bit, but wouldnt be starving himself like he had to last fight to make 145.
