From super bantamweight - light welterweight the only person I would pick is Julio Cesar Chavez

Hearns, Duran, and Trinidad were the first three that popped into my head.

His lateral movement and in and out style are anything but standing and trading. You don't see pacquiao stand and trade very often at all...so obviously he isn't the best at what you're talking about.

Agree. He never actually fights toe to toe. It would require him to throw punches flafooted. End thread

Is the only argument you're trying to make for Pacquaio beating Hearns' that Pacquaio is a hard puncher ?, because if so you are surely mistaken, you need more then a big punch to take down 147 Hearns.

And Duran has a better chin than Pac.
I don't believe Pac hits as hard as his fans claim he does. When has he koed a real opponant. Dela Hoya was weight drained and he ate all Pacman had to offer. Hatton was a beaten self admitted Coke head. David diaz no even worth mentioning. Cotto was beat to death by Margarito first. Eric was burnt out from all the back to back wars. We saw what a fresh Eric could do when he beat the hell out of Pac. I know he's not a feather fisted fighjter but I dont see the power that some talk about. Marquez took his best shots and beat em.

                  TS is ridiculous.

If Tommy connected, Manny would land in the second row.

Manny would probably get embarrassed reading this POS thread.

Is he the best at this in boxing's history?

Can anyone at Pacquiao's own weight get the better of him?

When fighter face Pacquiao believing they are stronger and thir chin can take their punches, they come undone very quickly, even against much bigger men Pacquiao dominates them.

No one can come close to him in this era, but is there anyone from boxing's past that can get the better of him on this front?

How does Pacquiao do against the like of Armstrong, Chavez, Pryor and Duran in a toe to toe battle?
                    Yeah I think so.

Natural great welters of the past should be the favorite againts him
