The Klitschko brothers have to fight regularly and they have used up virtually all of the experienced contenders with the exception of Povetkin (who has as much chance as Chisora). They need credible opponents to fight and prospects are about all that's left. Not that I'm looking to **** on a Hall-of-Famer, but Larry Holmes had a pretty similar experience in the 80s. Check out his record and you'll see a lot of undefeated, but inexperienced fighters.
Povetkin is a highly skilled fighter, but even for a man of his size, he has a very short reach. He has unusually short arms. That is going to be a problem for him in a Klitschko fight. He needs to get inside, and it won't be easy. He can't fight with them on the outside.

Chisora showed the correct strategy for fighting a bigger man against Helenius. He was in shape and pushed the pace, and he got inside on Helenius and the latter had trouble getting full power on his punches. He alternated a body attack and head shots very well, keeping Helenius off balance. If he fought like that against Wlad, it would be very interesting.

Ironically, Chisora has a much better chance of defeating Wlad than Haye does or ever did.

If you take a look at Holmes resume you will see easily half a dozen names that, were they around today, the Klitschkos would get absolutely crucified for fighting.

Imagine Wlad or Vitali fighting Marvis Frazier while at the peak of their powers.

Tex Cobb was another disgraceful bout Holmes had -- and Cobb was highly ranked back then, which says a lot.

I said my view was my opinion. You're entitled to yours. I didn't see it as being as wide a win as some others did (and the British broadcasters didn't have it wide either), but I definitely thought Chisora won the fight.

I'd still rather see Wlad fight Chisora, who he broke a previous agreement with to fight Haye (and I give Chisora right now a much better chance at beating Wlad than Haye ever had) than Mormeck.

You apparently would rather see Wlad fight Mormeck. That's your perogative, but I don't want to see the fight, personally.

            So sue me.
Nah, Mormeck is another crap fight. But my logic runs you and every nuthugger like you out of these threads because you have nothing to argue with.

You still haven't answered my question....why don't you want to see fighters like Helenius and Chisora get the same experience the Klit bros were afforded before fighting for world titles? I already know your answer so here's my rebuttal which is irrefutable.....It's because the division is horrible.

I think the 80's had better talent, but I agree with you in essence and understand. It goes back to what I've been saying for a long time now....the division blows.

What, sort of like Mormeck being ranked today?

Helenius is more like a highly DEvolved version of Tex Cobb. I mean seriously, the guy makes Tex Cobb look like Ezzard Charles technique/skill wise.

And this big fat plodding oaf is what Eurofags were calling "the future" of the Heavyweight division

This was in no way, shape or form a robbery. According to a lot of posters on this site robberies only happen in the USA, and last I checked this took place in Finland.
