Come on Jro, you're really gonna sit there and tell me that the boxing HOF is hard to get in to like the Baseball HOF? The standards are all over the place.
It would be damn near criminal if Cotto gets in the HOF before greats like Booker and Kid.

He's at the crust of the HOF.He needs superior wins like saturday's to seal the deal.Cotto has stated he wanted the big names so let's see how these opponents play out.But as of now he's not quite there.

        Yes, he is.

I mean if Tszyu is inducted to the HOF then Cotto should definitely be inducted.

I don't disagree, but you know as well as I do, the writers really like Cotto.

He is all class, he's in exciting fights, he (at least has the rep) of fighting all comers, and he's a star. In my opinion should this be HOF criteria? Absolutely not. But it IS. That's why the boxing HOF is different.

From a pure predicting whether he will get in or not, the answer is Yes.

There are plenty of people that deserve to get in over him that aren't in. There are also people in there that he deserves to be in over.

Cotto is better than that Indian you have in your avi, that's for sure.

I don't think Kosta Tszyu should be in the HOF either.

I believe so. There are better fighters than him not in but there are also far worse that are in. He is hugely popular and very exciting which like it or not helps a fighter get in the Hall

i am in total agreement with everyone mentioning kostya tszyu and was about to bring him up myself. he was a first-ballot HOF'er and whats his best win....miguel angel gonzalez? washed up versions of j.c. chavez, r. mayweather, livingston bramble? a prime diosbelys hurtado? sharmba mitchell and ben tackie?
