I see Gatti winning this one, on points, not a ko. While both fighters have the heart, I see Gatti as the one who will outwork Jessie.

I look for this one to be very entertaining and most likely bloody, with the first cut opened before the Ring Announcer finishes the official introductions!

    Gatti by split decision....

Man a truer statement has yet to be made than that last bit there! I dont think anyone thats tangled with Gatti woke up the next morning feeling all fresh and revitalized! Talk about sore and aching

I am a bit mythed at this statement of Gatti needing this fight. It is on paper a much easier option than fighting someone like Tsyzu or Mayweather. He is the favorite. However, i feel it is a keep busy fight before the mayweather fight, which would be a mandatory defense in the summer. Gatti has got little chance of beating mayweather so i think him earning a payday and keeping his title is a good idea before being fed to Floyd!

I think Delahoya can say he woke up the next morning feeling fine.

When he wins this fight eveyone who thinks he can't box might think a little different. He nees this fight to quite some people up about him not fighting anyone worth a crap.

If he wins this fight it won't be by outboxing Leija.

If I made the millions of dollars Oscar makes, I would wake up feeling fine if I got hit by a truck, and so would everyone else here, but the pain from the punch was more than he could take, it was no dive, just a punch that landed in a vulnarable spot...

I think gatti will take this one by a late round stoppage.

I think it will be a good fight indeed. Gatti in the ring mostly garantees thunder.

James Leija is a nice boxer (the first time I saw him fight was against Azuma zumzum Nelson), a veteran with still some fights left in him (Francisco Bojado).

Gatti will win the fight on late round ko, and it will be Gatti boxing with some brawls and with some moments for Leija.

In regard to a previous post: Did he outbox only Terron Millet? How about ward 3? how about Dorin?
