Wow man, I'm not sure about the whole blood transfusion thing, but ok.

Zook, the fight was getting worse. Cotto was gaining a tremendous amount of momentum before the stoppage. I agree that I don't think they should've stopped it. But I'm only agreeing because I wanted Marg to take his 12 round beating like a man; which he was right on track for that before the stoppage.

Re-watch the fight and you'll see that Cotto was landing heavier and heavier shots as the fight went on. If Cotto would've opened up like Mosley did, Marg wouldn't have seen 12.

What I saw in the last round and again I am going to have to re watch it, but if I remember right Margarito started to hit Cotto with long right hands that landed solid and to me looked like they bothered Cotto.

From there the Dr stopped it, and I find that very suspect that the moment I see Tony perhaps gettin into the fight they stop it even Smoger questioned the stoppage

Cotto won every round on my card. Although he was fading and fading fast with 3 rounds to go.

Either way, it's a legit stoppage. Everyone knew before hand that if his right eyes swelled up it would most likely be stopped.

Why anyone is suprised is beyond me. Because Margarito's eye was a mess.

And it's not like it was a close fight when it was stopped.

I'm not sure. I don't think Margarito would have stopped him but he seemed to be getting closer and Cotto looked like he was tiring to me. Not like the first fight, but he was showing signs. But that doesn't even matter really. He won every round or atleast most of them.

And as for the stoppage, yeah sure he could have continued and fought on for another 3.

But you can't really argue with the stoppage. Everyone knew before the fight if his eye was damaged there's a great chance the fight would be stopped and Margarito's eye was in bad shape.

Hahaha! Cotto was beginning to feel margarito' s power and was running and clinching like a girl. It was going exactly like the first fight. Margo was laughing all the time. Cotto was lucky they stopped the fight, he didn't win cause everyone knew about margo's eye and cotto was tiring and his face was swollen. Margarito a beast! Cotto lost all respect. Fighting in front of his people vs a man without an eye and running and clinching?

Please Margarito shifted the fight in his favor from the 5th you could see Miguel start to get flat footed and fade as the rounds went on in round 9 it was clear that Cotto was headed for deep waters in the last three rounds...
