It doesn't "need" investors but Arum knows a super fight like this will attract the attention of a lot of wealthy people so he's basically making business with the highest bidder. Remember those south african people who wanted to host the fight and were ready to pay $100 million? And those investors from Singapore? Jerry Jones? You didn't answer anything. An investor would take as much if not more than Bob Arum. Unless they're investing little, then why would they be needed? If they're willing to put up 75m that means they expect to recoup that and make a profit. So what are you talking about? Simple common sense ought to tell you that for that reason alone, it's BS. There are actually a bunch of reasons why but if you can't even comprehend basic business, there is no use for going there with you.
