The meeting is more for the investors to meet Floyd to show their real intent, Koncz was there to represent Team Pac.

I'm not saying that Haymon and Ellerbe shouldn't be involve, because they need to be.
But that's on Floyd to handle, arrange the meeting and all... Not go on FightHype and deny negotiations, even though he confirmed the meeting did take place.

A surprise visit by an adviser to a fighter's gym for a meet and greet is not "negotiations". Why don't you wake up and smell what Arum and his team are shovelng? Mayweather didn't deny that Koncz came to the gym, he denied the reports from Team Pacquiao that negotiations are not only ongoing but are almost done. He's saying that that's simply not true, and that any true negotiations will involve his team. If Team Pacquiao was sincere in trying to negotiate with Mayweather, they would have went to Mayweather's team with those investors to pitch their proposal. Sending Koncz to Mayweather's gym was nothing but a dog and pony show. You people are being duped by another Arum smoke-screen, you're so easily manipulated.

Exactly. on another forum I was on, someone broke the story of a Floyd vs Ortiz rumour and everyone shat on the guy calling him a liar, etc.- then 2 weeks later, boom, the fight was announced.

I'm staying optimistic.
