Vitali Kleeescho Retired as a COWARD!

I can't say tis any betta maself.

We all know fightas retire when they time is up and that time is usually obvious WHEN they get a beating from somebody. Hurrr's a list of fightas that retired due to a terrible loss.

Tito Trinidad retired when B-Hop Knocked him out.

Tito Trinidad retired once again when Winky Wright gave him a boxing lesson on LEARN DEFENSE 101.

John Ruiz decided to call it quits afta James Toney bitchslapped his belly into a glowing red

Ricardo Mayorga retired afta Tito Trinidad destroyed him.

Marquez found out he don't belong anymo when Jermain Tayler made him look silly.

Paulie Ayala hung them up when Barrera stopped his silly ass in 10 rounds havin in mind he would have faced Pac, and GTFO had he won.

Jesse james Leija retired afta Gatti bombed his silly head when they fought

Nasseem Hamed gave up boxing when Barrera humiliated him in Mexico. He decided he can only fight cheeseburgers nowadays.

Mike Tyson retires afta a loss to McBride

Point is, Vitali retired fo a chicken reason. He's afraid of Rahman. I know that gettin KTFO in sparring sessions decreased his confidence aswell. Vitali dint even get a beating to realize that he doesn't belong wit ta elites in ta heavyweight. Vitali will be rememba as ta guy that feared Hasim Rahman and showed it by gettin injuries 4 consecutive times in 1 year span. Too much ducking. Vitali retires as a coward.

Lewis was put in a difficult situation gainst Vitali. He got beat bad also due to his own fault of lack of preparation.

Vitali gave Lewis a good fight tha was enough fo Lewis to consider his carreer.

i dont know if im gonna jump to that conclusion just yet.. i think he really was legitimately hurt here and it's just in the sports best interest to vacate the title and move on. it's not like he needs the money. he can probably live comfortably now without boxing. i would rather see him retire than watch him fight when he's not anywhere close to 100%, granted alot of fighters never fight at 100% but they're usually close and i don't think he (vitali) would come even close at all.

i do agree with some people on here that he could and might still make a comeback, but i hope for the sake of delays that if he makes a comeback, it's not for a few years. the last thing i want to see is him comeback, and we boxing fans have to sit and play the waiting game with him once again due to more injuries. he should take a year or more to rest and recoupe, if he plans on ever returning to the ring.

it aint biased. I laid out facts in front of view.

Vitali said befo in summer, HE WANTS TO FIGHT MASKAEV in September despite ta mandatory of Rahman. That says something bout his "so called injuries". He's scared of Rahman and now that he is being forced to fight him, he retires. HE's scared.

Vitali was never scared of Rahman, everyone is calling him a coward, but just imagine yourself having a couple of torn knee muscles. I had huge leg surgery in December 99, and let me tell you I couldnt walk properly for 1 year, never mind getting back to running and playing any sport.
If he ever gets the opportunity to come back he may well do, but it won't be for at least a year imo. For him to start walking on the leg and running on it, and then resuming training, it won't be easy.
