I agree that the money mayweather character gets more people watching, but it works (de la Hoya mayweather record in USA n mayweather hatton record in the uk) so I don't really c the problem. Also the fact he still has the 0 gets people buying because they wanna watch him lose

for sure on business side of boxing, floyd is good... but that does not mean that people watch him because he can entertain inside the ring. how many people do you think got frustrated after the hoya, jmm and ortiz fight? lucky he ko'd haton, that is a good one...

What is boxingscene compared to ESPN ?

What I find ridiculous is that ESPN puts Manny as #1 and Floyd fans have a fit. Floyd has a controversial win, Pac has a controversial win, yet Floyd gets shot up to #1?? I guarantee if the roles were reversed the Mayweather fans would be holding their own "Occupy Top Rank" as if it were the greatest travesty ever seen. Whether you're a Pac or Mayweather fan, most of the complaining is based off your bias towards in this case Mayweather. The reality is...BOTH GUYS are the biggest money makers of the sport. Floyd has sold more PPVs as far as what that 1 fight made as where Pac consistently is pulling in around or over 1 Mill PPVs twice a year since at least 2008. It's bias bickering. Both accomplishments are great.

that's why it says pac vc jmm III could hit that number, not pac vs pac...

who is that guy jmm ko'd prior to that pac fight? did it make good number on ppv as well?

There's, what could be considered, a slight contradiction in your post, don't you think? If people were tuning in because people did not think he was going to last 1 to 5 rounds, that sounds like a majority of folks there to see pacquiao win, not to watch marquez lose.
