GBP getting cutout is fine....Floyd not being part of negotiations shouldn't be a problem. It should not stop the fight from happening. Because, GBP is not Mayweather promotional company.

Floyd gives them a flat rate. Because, I guess Mayweather promotions is not yet licensed.

However, cutting out Haymon and Ellerbe will be a problem that will prevent the fight. They do work with Floyd and Mayweather promotions.

but if the fight doesnt happen- the one saving grace would be that arum wouldn't make a dime

i love manny- he's a religious spiritual person who loves God- but the thing is if you are like that then you dont worry about theives and snakes who are going to rob you

and arum is robbing manny- we all know that- you dont have to hate or love floyd- to know floyd does make good business sense when he says get rid of arum

i wanna see manny retire in a year or 2 but that isnt going to happen- he wot retire because he will be in a financial sitation where he needs to fight to feed his kids- and that will destroy his legacy- it breaks your heart to see boxers get done like this- and only promoters really profit

this is a guy who would go to other celebrities and help them get out of trouble- mel isnt an anti-semite at all- but it didnt matter to certain powers that be because they wanted him to pay for making a spiritual movie that showed jesus' love

certain powers that be want you to remain closed minded and not think about spirituality- and anyone who tries to help they will crush-

mel's going through some hard times right now- and i pray for him and hope he's ok- because at the end of the day- it dont matter what they do to you now- they cant crush a dream- they cant stop you from loving God- and they cant stop God from loving you

so the way i feel about it- certain people out there who are using and abusing others- cotrolling others- they gonna get their just deserts eventually

i mean- bob arum is the worst of them all- and i have no words to describe the man- i..... hope manny gets to a situation where he can free hiimself from certain individuals and users who are taking away from what he worked so hard for

its hard to see who are your real friends sometimes- good people never get very far- because good people wont sink to the levels others will sink to

There's actually no reason GBP can't be excluded from this fight. As it stands currently Floyd pays them a flat fee to act as his promoter (of sorts) in addition to promoting the opponent. Mayweather promotions doesn't hold a license as far as i am aware, so GBP acts as a facilitator and Floyd may have some input into HOW the fight is promoted.

Well in this instance Floyd would be fighting a TR opponent, so TR can do all of the promoting, and Bob can ask for a fee from Mayweather, or there can be no fee at all if Mayweather chooses this to be the case and Bob agrees to it, though this would make it likely that Bob would want total control of the promotions process. The issue will be what Mayweather is guaranteed and what PPV upside he has, though i don't see Floyd and Bob ironing out their issues to work together and exclude GBP. Haymon would have to be involved somewhere and Bob is too much of a childish tantrum throwing buffoon to put aside the bad blood there.
