I won't shed a tear if ODLH doesn't get any of Floyd's money. It's not like they are cutting me out of the picture. Ellerbe and Haymon still would have to get paid by Floyd because those are his personal advisers and lawyers. But after that why should ODLH get a cut if Arum can offer more money without him? Arum is already 80 anyway it's not like he can even enjoy the perks of being wealthy at his age. Can't wench, drink, and party like a young man no more. And when you are old things like fast cars and mansions don't mean nothing. Naw I think he want's to do it to have the distinction of pulling off the biggest boxing even in history by himself. You're looking at it like GBP gets paid without doing anything for FMJ. That is the short view.

Look at it as how Floyd would benefit by having Richard "The Banker" Schaefer representing his interests throughout the promotion... and I mean in EVERYTHING.

Travel, schedules, media days, choices of announcers, etc, etc. There are so many little details of the promotion that you didn't consider. When fighters complain that they aren't being treated well, it is often about those details.
