I think kirkland would really be a tough opponent for alvarez. canelo hasn't, to my knowledge, fought a relentless pressure fighter with strong punching power like Kirkland. Also, add to the fact that canelo's defense isn't the greatest either but then again neither is Kirkland's. I just see the fight being a war with kirkland getting the better of canelo.

alvarez. . . WAY too sharp and cracking.. . just as heavy handed. . doesn't have the stamina, or probably the chin. . . but won't matter. . . he won't need to throw that many punches becuase kirkland is so open. . . alvarez can roll with punches and catch punches well enough. .. kirkland isn't the type who throws punches u don't see coming - you see what's coming, it's just a matter of weathering them. . .
kirkland literally has NO MOVEMENT - head is right on a damn swivel waiting to get knocked off. . .Comment
