all we need to know about mayweather.... Now that he thinks we can surely win, he is willing to fight. If pacquiao would have brutally ko marquez, this article would have been about ped's or some other excuse.

Pac offered a compromise way beyond and above the current testing rules. If he really wanted the fight Floyd would have accepted the compromise which included test immediately after the fight. Floyd himself later acknowledged that there are people who have concerns about invasive testing. Whether Floyd knew Pac would refuse is immaterial. Point is, if you want the fight you don't take a hardline stance. Especially now that evidence hasn't surfaced proving Pac is using roids.

Man stop this nonsense. Asking for stringent test is itself embarrassing.

Manny's situation is a lot more complicated. It doesn't matter if Manny wants the fight, Arum is the one that does the deciding.

There's a Freddie Roach interview where he mentions it and he also says they would agree. This video was posted on bscen about 5 trillion times when the negotiation failed in JANUARY and the f*ggots like you said it was an "11th hour stipulation"
