Yeah that's the main issue, the guy fought against a guy who is 40 pounds lighter than him, we're talking about a light flyweight against a full LMW ... If it had been Canelo against his own size or against a bigger guy people wouldn't have made such a scandal, but him being a bully pissed off a lot of fans.

i think he was a friend or archie's, and viewed it as disrespect. . anyway, we don't know what happened? what if archie swung first? or what if he talked mad shyt? i don't think you should ever put hands on somebody just for talking shyt, but still, if you are going to talk shyt, you gotta expect to get that clock cleaned. . .

there are two sides to the story. . . archie definitely has reason to skew the facts to get money. . . and canelo, of course, has reason to outright deny it, or make it where he wasn't the aggressor. . . usually what really happened is somewhere in the middle.

I watched the fight on Space, didn't bother with Televisa.

Those guys at Space were saying that they had to brought people down from the stands, so the Plaza would look full.

Also since thursday they were selling 2 tickets for the price of 1, Canelo said that if you bought one he will pay for the other one so he could fight in front of a full Plaza de Toros.

Check the comments in that article, maybe that's why very few people went to see him fight, the Solis incident was the breaking point.

screw that fight dont wanna see it they are both sluggers that mix in some boxing here and there, they need to focus on other fights,would be more interesting. them facing each other does nothing for their careers,but them fighting more profitable 'name 'fighters from other countries will do better for them and the fans.how about canelo or chavez vs kirkland? exactley....
