When have you ever heard of a fighter re-using handwraps?? a Millionare boxer, reusing wraps? really? Come on. They've used it before by Capetillo's own admission. The question is when did they use them?? in sparring or in other fights? Oh, and interestingly enough, the substance had a pink stain just like what was seen in the photo of Margarito's handwraps after the Cotto fight.
Whether he used them against Cotto or not is all speculation. However, you must consider that any fighter that would use Plaster of Paris is a fighter that is willing to use ANY advantage to win a fight. In a sport like boxing, this cannot and should not be tolerated. Margarito should have been banned from boxng for life.
100% Correct. He did say that and has changed the story every time he is asked about.

it just goes to show how ****ing closed minded you people are and how all knowing you really think you are, the crack on Margaritos gauze that was solved its a ****ing sharpie but again people are saying its a black thread....

The man didnt cheat with Cotto you look at how many hard shots he landed to the face and body of miguel and what your going to find is that if his gloves were loaded he would have swollen up a hell of a lot more with also having a few broken ribs.

Tony didnt cheat against Cotto, Cotto quit and his supporters need to some how explain that and this is the best way to do so its the easiest and most acceptable way to explain why you quit
Dude, wake up and R E A D he said: pink stain

Never said, blood or any of the like. Dont be a close minded moron!

If, and it's a big if, Marg did cheat against Cotto, it's Cotto's own team who should take the blame for not being on top of things.
Im with you. Cheated or not, its the Cotto camp to blame since they did not send anyone to inspect the hand wrapping.

When the Margarito team was presented with the opportunity to cheat, they simply took it!

If you have real evidence post it
You won't get any, because there is none. He was found bot guilty of any connection with the "USED PAD" by the commission and that's all he seems to know about it.

That's all it was, a used pad.

As far as it's reasonably capable of,being known, there were not only Cotto reps there at the bandaging, but the Commission rep. And they all signed off on it.

Why do you claim to only speak facts and not speculate when you're making statements like this?

Miguel Cotto and Bob Arum both say that no one from Miguel's corner saw Margarito wrap his hands.

You are in denial and so debating you is pointless. You simply need a hero with big indio teeth so you feel good abut what you are. I get it... someday you will admit what most people already accept and KNOW to be true. Your hero got caught... he was suspended. If you insist on pretending this is just a racist conspiracy against the Mexican boxer... be my guest. But you cannot be both ****** and smart at the same time.

And Cotto would have smashed Kostya no doubt.. You can keep trying to find ways to feel better about being a Margarito fan if it helps you sleep.

Alright, I am done for the night. Zzzzz
What are "big indio teeth"?? sounds like someone invved in a biting contest.......

if he were to lose on the 3rd that doesnt prove **** other than Manny Pacquiao may have ended his career and made Margarito beatable for a lower caliber quitter like Miguel Cotto to get a W against Tony

I wonder how that could be. It's a long established tradition that bandages are wrapped in the presence of a rep from the other fighter, and a Commission rep. I have never seen this report about Arum and Cotto etc. I don't know why all the fantasists both pro and con were not out in full force, loke the usual pack of foxhunting hounds. I'd like to see the official press report of that.

But regardless of this, the Commission guy was there, and also Margarito took off his gloves after the fight and was shaking lots of hands and giving interviews in full view (and feel) af loads of people. In the Resto case, for instance, Collins' father felt there was some padding missing from the glove when he shook Resto's gloved hand. It was later proven to have been a minimal amount, just one ounce, but could be plainly felt to be a little different. So how come that the "plaster" wraps (which must have made it hard for Margarito to move his fingers and hands normally) were not even noticed by the dozens of people who felt them, and were squeezed by them etc.etc.etc.
