Whether he used them against Cotto or not is all speculation. However, you must consider that any fighter that would use Plaster of Paris is a fighter that is willing to use ANY advantage to win a fight. There is no proof, there is no evidence. Why? Because unlike Mosley's team, Cotto's team didn't do they're job. I have never seen this report about Arum and Cotto etc. I don't know why all the fantasists both pro and con were not out in full force, loke the usual pack of foxhunting hounds.
