Yes. Because there is no difference between Rios, a professional fighter trying to sell himself to land big money fights, and some internet tool that lives with his parents...

No, those that have stepped between the ropes typically have respect for other men that have done the same. Not like the majority of 12 year olds on this site that have never put on a pair of gloves and post pictures of women they will never get...

^^right here. If Tony gets denied his license, he isn't fit to be fighting and shouldn't fight anywhere. Kudos to Cotto for standing his ground. He's the man and has the right to call the shots.

And people who are saying he's scared...wow...dude has an awesome record and has been fighting for years for a living...and you call him a baby or pussy. Right. Guys sitting behind a keyboard calling a pro boxer with a great record a coward. Ok.

Cotto is in his right to fight where it was signed especially vs a cheater.

why not avenge his loss while he has the chance? Tell me that.

You can say he has the upper hand. He is the draw. Whatever you want.

Why not jump at the chance to beat the living **** out of the guy who supposedly "had plaster" and tried to "take your health"?

Why not jump at the chance to permanently mess up the one guy that was responsible for your career taking a nose dive?

Why not jump at the opportunity to beat the man who gave you your first loss?

              Tell me....

******, Mayorga is not soft. Cheato's last fight was at 150, so why not Cotto? What Cotto is saying is if NY doesn't approve Cheato that means theres something wrong with his eye still and that every other state should honer that ruling.

Lord forgive them, they know not what they do.

Some people get ahead of themselves and call fighters cowards when many haven't even tried the sport itself or sparred a round. They'd see the game in a whole different light if they ever did. Boxing is brutal sport.

Cotto is far from a coward, anyone who calls people cowards that are professional boxers are idiot little kids.

                      but

Didn't Cotto say he would fight him anywhere? If he's so confident about beating him, what does it matter where it's at?

I think he will be pressured into taking the fight somewhere else if need be because there's too much money at stake now.
