I think he can beat current Cotto, but not Marg or Clottey.

styles make fights and size does matter, Marg would walk him down. Cotto fight would be interesting to see at a catchweight of 145 (would have been, not that he can make it today), but Cotto would hold a significant size advantage and trouble him with the jab and left hook. And I think Clottey would open up more against Marquez than people choose to believe, it would probably be a close fight, if Clottey can't hurt him, though.

As much as pac struggles against jmm i believe a lot of it is a style problem and cotto would likely have a lot of success with his jab.

i remember when the pac fans would say marquez aint **** and that he can't beat a cotto or margarito while pacquiao was so marquez didn't belong in the ring anymore with pacquiao.i think martquez can beat cotto and margarito i'm not to sure about clkottey,the only thing margarito has is size and marquez has beat better skiulled pressure fighters than margarito

no cotto would love to face a counter pucher like marquez who really doesnt have anything to keep cotto off him. Cotto will only lose to pressure fighters that can back him up. Thats why i still believe that evet though he is not in his prime he would still beat mayweather. Marquez will always be good against pac but i bet if you put a maidana, Cotto, or marg they beat him and they are not on pacs level.

Then when the fight started did he try to engage Pac at all?? Even once??? He ran back because he feared to get knocked out... Thats the truth.
