Any nutrients you can find in meat and dairy products are available in alternative sources these days. The question is whether he's following that diet properly, or weakening his body by not doing it correctly.

Not really...I have worked with vegans plenty of times and they were always physically weak altho they had pretty fit builds...

i agree i know a couple of vegens and vegetarians, and theyu are all weak
