Don't know, his punches look a little slapping to me at times like he is trying to put more speed than power behind his punches. Kind of reminds me of Calzaghe.

Speed is more important than power anyways, and sometimes speed can= power if you hit the target just right. I mean you want to land on your opponent before they land on you. So, no reason to load up on one shot.

Not really...I have worked with vegans plenty of times and they were always physically weak altho they had pretty fit builds...
