Marquez has the style that is always going to give Manny fits why cant your brain comprehend that?
You didnt even give Marquez a chance in this fight now you coming here acting like you know something.

I thought Marquez was going to win but by stoppage for my own reasons, I just think personally its always easier to fight someone taller than someone your own size and I think thats been the case with manny lately.

He has fought a bunch of tall guys back to back that didnt really offer much in return, likely he got used to fights being that way and suddenly found himself in a fight against a guy who didnt have to reach for him a guy who had good footwork and one that had a style to give him fits....

Dont think this means an automatic Floyd victory either styles make fights period. yes Floyd has the tools to do what Marquez did no doubt, but there are other attributes that come into play here if they fight, example do you think Floyds chin can hold up against Manny just as Marquez's was able to?

its very possible that Floyds chin cant, and that may be the equalizer.....
JMM has a better chin than Floyd? e****ally at WW?

I don't get it either. I have Pac make small adjustments such as switch up the angle of punches and the use of certain punches but I haven't really ever sen him have to adapt his approach to a fight based on overcoming some strategical advantage the opponent possesses. The simple foot placement thing:

I even posted this very thing yesterday around noon or so. The thing that stood out the most to me during the last 24/7 was the fact that Kellerman was standing the 2 guys up after watching highlights from the 2nd fight and he was literally telling Pac how to overcome JMM's ability to land the right hand by switching up his foot placement. I also said that this very fact lead me to believe that there were some very nervous people around HBO who desperately wanted Pac to win and there were doubts about the quality of Pac's performance. As if they were trying to essentially give him a cheat sheet for the test.

Even so, Pac still got tagged by the right and kept circling the wrong way....I don't get it...I also said that when push comes to shove, people will always revert back to what feels comfortable and natural to them, not what you drill them to do at the gym.

              Because he has no defense.

He's a 300hp Supra without brakes or a reverse gear.

So of course he won't adjust. It's his style. Just like Margarito; who also can't adjust.

Both manny and roach are one dimensional when the fight doesn’t go as plan they look lost and confused. They’re great at cherry picking fights fucking overrated bums.

Exactly, the strategy with Linares against DeMarco was just plain crap at the end... Linares was clearly winning, there was no need to exchange punches with Tony ... he just had to use his jab and move around the ring ... but well, we all saw what happened ...
