Thoughts on Cotto/Margarito face off?

Hope your right,Marga's is not coming to play games tho...to be honest, I think Cotto has been trying to play mind games with Margs. I think the 153 catchweight and him on faceoff made it clear. Trust me, Cotto is gonna be in a war on December 3rd and he knows it. He is BS when he is talking about health! If he is worried about his health he woulda never tooken this fight and just retired.

Cotto should have stayed quiet about the wraps. He's going to look like a dumbass if he gets beat up again.Comment

We'll just have to wait and see. I don't put too much stock in what is said during the face-offs. I just look at it as another promotional tool.Oh I know he is not taking this fight lightly..Marga's KO'd him, noway he takes this fight lightly..But you know Marga's is not taking it lightly either..Should be a good fight, but I don't like Cotto's mentality in the face off..We know what Marga's is willing to risk,Cotto does not seem to have that in him,and it might be the difference of the outcome of this fight...Comment

Tony basically admitted to using the illegal wraps there. He said something like:
"Whatever...you need strength to win anyway, so what's the problem?"
I disagree with people saying Cotto looks defeated. He looks calm and collected.Comment

oh believe me, I know....but I honestly dont think Cotto is gonna be playing games in the ring though either. changing trainers for someone fully commited , garanteeing a victory has all the signs that he is all in!!Comment

I agree it's like throwing wood into the fire. In reality, we look up to these fighters and admire their skills but most of the time after their careers are over, it's not like we really care enough about them to help them out if they're in financial or health problems. Boxing is a dangerous profession. You stay long enough, well...I don't think I have to say it.Cotto was in retreat mode bro, which imo is just like quitting..He did not want anymore punishment from Pac the same way he did not want anymore from Marga's..Cotto said out of his own mouth I'm not willing to risk it bro..Going up against a fighter like Marga's that's not a good thing to say...That's like throwing wood into the fire...
I think Cotto just ignored the advantage Margarito has going into the fight (to die in the ring) and looked at it from another perspective by saying that it'd be ****** to risk your health for the temporary admiration of fans. He's right in that it's ******, but that's exactly what--objectively speaking-- gives Margarito a strength in the fight in that he's willing to do whatever's necessary.
I also believe that people shouldn't look at this issue and say, "Well, there you have it...Cotto is willing to quit AS SOON as the going gets tough."
Cotto knows the implications of fighting Margarito and in front of his fans. He knows how bad he'll look if he loses (or worse, gets stopped or quits) against Margarito. It's smoke and mirrors. Cotto is going to war, he's just playing dumb and giving Margarito a false of security.
ANY LITTLE REMAINING PRIME THESE FIGHTERS HAVE LEFT WILL BE ERADICATED BY THE TIME THE FIGHT IS OVER. You can blame that on the PR-Mexican pride playing a factor in the fight. This is going to be hell while it lasts...or end prematurely Marquez-Vasquez IV style.Comment

i jjust saw the 6 min version, the full one must have been aired by now, anyone got a link?
i had to watch that twice, once to read the subtitles properly and one more time just to concentrate on their facial expressions, this is gonna be a cracking fight.Comment
