I think tonight *******ism officially died. Well maybe not died, but it seriously has lost some wind in its sails. I thought some rounds were close and some were clearly for JMM. Either way this fight just showed that Manny still has trouble with boxers and the most likely outcome between him and Floyd if they ever fight is a clear victory for Floyd.

marquez wanted one too but did he get it? nope did he walk away in disappointment? no cuz he knew he won...yea and after all that punishment he still couldnt knock him down?

Marquez was a 9-1 underdog.

Of course he's happy he put on a good performance and managed to outbox the champ in a few spots.

Did he do enough to win? I don't think so.

A lot of Marquez's powershots were body shots. The majority of Pac's powershots were to the head.

I don't know why people can say there is a clear winner in this fight, because there wasn't. If you just go by the numbers, Marquez landed fewer shots to the dome than Pac did and was the less active fighter.

That in itself should be a testament to how a judge might rate a close round in favor of Pacquiao.

I saw the fight with Amir Khan commentary and they were not even biased even Amir was teling it how it is, I just came back from my buddies house and I saw it on Hbo just wowwww thats all I gotta say pacquiao outlanding Marquez almost in every round?gtfo! no way , Even showing Pacquiaos punches and not commentating on Marquez counterpunching just bull**** I love how Hbo makes the Mainstream fans believe the fight was going to Pacquiao **** HBO **** Bob Arum and F the *******s who cant accept who won, I never even disrespected the Pacquiao fans but enough is enough, Sky sports and amir khan were giving props all throughout the fight to Marquez saying it was the best fight of his Career, Not like Hbo and the Pacquiao nuthuggers, **** Boxing im not watching it ever again , this right here, just makes me believe hes not going to fight Mayweather..... can't win backing up landing 1 shot while Pacquiao lands 3-4 shots on the follow up. I only gave Marquez 3-4 rounds. Marquez ****ed up by listening to his corner making him think he was winning and he gave up a lot of rounds. He lost CLEARLY. All on him.

Pay attention to Pac's body language up until the scorecards were called, it says it all - it reminded me Mayweather-Castillo 1 where Mayweather knew he lost.

I respect Pacquiao for all that he has done.

Simply you don't understand boxing! Styles makes fights! JMM is a tailored made of posing much problem on Pac style, but do you think JMM could defeat the kind of Cotto, Mosley, Margarito and Clottey that Pac had toyed?!!! You saw it in their 2 previous fights and now the 3rd one, all ended the same! But as long as JMM will not step-up efforts to defeat Pac, for instance by making signature of putting down Pac by KD or KO, or UD, JMM will just contented of claiming robbery everytime they would face! While Pac duty is to silent critics, JMM duty is to defeat Pac in a much cleaner and obvious way to prove he won all the fights!
