All the fights were close but Marquez won this one imo, and two friends watching live agreed.

Out of the three fights Marquez has been hard done by. He definitely should have come away with a win from one of these close fights. It should have been this one.

I'm a pacfan but his body language after the fight didn't indicate he truly believed he won. He walked off with his head down whilst JMM held his hands high.

i wanted to throw my tv out the window i was that disgusted with this decision, at the end of the fight i was like,' surely they cant give this anything other than a marquez win', i mean it wasnt even close, but its bob arum so it can t be that suprising, but im even more shocked people are claiming it couldve gone either way and people who said pac won well they should never comment about boxing again, i dont know what hbos commentary was like but after hearing a few people i think it might have clouded peoples judgement

For the judge it is Pac who is the champion, the ball is on Marquez side to prove unconvincingly that he own that fight... But as it goes, he failed on that matter.

Close call though.

1. marquez DID win convincingly
2. A fight is a fight you shouldn't get a round just because you are the champ, this theory is NOT in the rules of boxing.

I'm not the one who regularly comments on judges decisions, but I also saw this one in favor of Marquez. Manny was not himself, he was offbeat during the whole fight and Marquez was just counter punching the whole time and executing his gameplan.

I don't think Nacho Beristain, a HOF trainer would tell Marquez that he was winning in such an important fight, without being absolutely sure. Roach on the other hand was telling Pacman to go for the knockout. At the end of the fight, we saw Marquez raising his hands and Pacquiao holding his head down. If anyone knows who won the fight, it is the fighters themselves and Manny didn't look all that confident.

All things together, Marquez was clearly robbed and politics are still playing a major role in pro boxing in my humble opinion.

Round 7-12 - up for interpretation.. but i can see how they scored pac winner of those. They probably landed the same amount of clean punches, but pacquiao was the aggressor.

Absolute disgraceful decision. Marquez clearly won. The judges are the only 3 people in the world, including Pac himself, that had anything other than a Marquez UD. I love both fighters & will always love boxing but its corrupt results like this that turn fans away from boxing. I was shocked when the 1st card got read out as a draw but how can 2 judges honestly watch that fight & hand on their heart have a Pac win. They must be on the take or blind. Everybody knows who won that fight. I've got 2-1 to Marquez on fights. In my opinion I think pac did just enough to win the 1st, had Marquez by 2 points in the 2nd & Marquez by much wider in this fight. Watched it twice already & still can't believe it

Was a boxing master class by JMM. What an absolute shame. pretty heart borken for the guy, you have to really feel for him! In my mind this settles all doubt about Floyd>>>Pac. Even my man Oscar "tweeted" this.
